Our story
Sara DeMille is the founder and CEO of Adeo Marketing Group. She spent her career walking into organizations at the exact moment everything was about to change—and building the marketing function to match, most notably repositioning Vicinity Energy as a leader in decarbonization, work that earned coverage in Fast Company and the Boston Globe.
Twenty-five years of this has taught her something simple: the organizations doing the most important work—building clean energy systems, running hospitals, shaping the cities we live in—are often heads-down, solving real problems, and the story just doesn’t get told. That’s the gap Adeo works to close.
She started Adeo in 2025, not to be another agency with frameworks, but to be the team who shows up inside an organization, learns what they’ve actually built, and helps the market understand why it matters—fast, clearly, and in a way that moves the needle.
