Historic Timeline & Sprinkler Installation – FM Global Research Campus

To commemorate FM Global’s 175th anniversary (1835–2010), a series of unique displays were designed and installed at the company’s Research Campus, one of the world’s most innovative research and testing centers. These installations celebrated FM Global’s rich history, advancements in fire protection, and commitment to engineering excellence.

The Historic Timeline showcased the company’s evolution, milestones, and impact over nearly two centuries, while the Sprinkler Installation provided an engaging, visual representation of fire protection innovation. These displays not only educated visitors but also reinforced FM Global’s leadership in risk management and property protection.

Interactive Learning Kiosk

Designed to meet FM Global clients’ global protection needs, the Interactive Learning Kiosk leverages 170+ years of expertise to educate users on industry risks, loss trends, and hazard prevention. This self-guided kiosk allows clients to watch brief, informative videos highlighting various facility hazards, all filmed at FM Global’s hands-on training facility in Norwood, MA, USA.

Key Contributions:

  • Wireframing & Mockups – Developed the initial structural design and user experience flow.

  • Visual Design & Graphics – Created all graphical assets in PSD format and collaborated with the in-house developer to ensure seamless integration.

  • Cross-functional collaboration – Worked closely with developers to maintain design consistency from mockups to final execution.

The kiosk initially launched on Windows 8 tablets and entered a pilot phase with plans for future enhancements and expanded functionality. This interactive tool serves as a valuable educational resource, empowering clients with on-demand access to critical risk prevention insights.

RAIL Promotional Mailer

The RAIL promotional mailer was created in collaboration with the Enterprise Learning group to promote and educate employees about the online and classroom courses available for their professional development.

Designed with a subway map theme, each subway line represented a learning track tailored to a specific career growth path within the company. This engaging and visually dynamic approach made it easy for employees to navigate their development options, reinforcing the company’s investment in continuous learning and career progression.

By combining creativity with functionality, the RAIL mailer successfully increased awareness and participation in enterprise learning programs, making professional development both accessible and engaging for employees.
